Studioul „Telefilm-Chișinău”: între publicistică și artă

Abstract

The TV movie has evolved based on the art of cinema and the conditions of television programs, meant to bring to the fore the daily reality, as well as the working human with his entire arsenal of activities and visions. The televised sketch was not able to cover all areas and sides, which would fully encompass the personality or reality in its many aspects. All this will include the television documentary, extended to various species of the genre: portrait film, sketch film, publicist film, report film, etc. With outstanding personalities in various fields, there is a need for new television productions, specific to the small screen, which would immortalize the face of the contemporary. This also conditioned the founding of the “Telefilm-Chisinau” studio as a structure of Moldovan television. Over the years, more than 400 films have been made here: fiction films (as well as filmed plays, puppet shows), documentary films (portrait films, concert films, etc.), and animated films. The article outlines the history of the “Telefilm-Chisinau” studio, marking the stages of evolution through the films created and the names of the directors.
