Îmbunătățirea accesibilității culturale prin voucherul cultural

Abstract

Among the innovative solutions for stimulating the consumption of cultural products there is the cultural voucher – a financial instrument that facilitates access to various cultural experiences. Libraries have a crucial role in the implementation of this tool, providing support for information, training and explaining the use of cultural vouchers. Through cultural services and products, libraries contribute significantly to expanding their impact, facilitating access and promoting the effective use of vouchers in the community. To analyze the influence of cultural vouchers, there were used such research methods as legislative analysis, questionnaires and literature review. The results show a positive effect on access to culture, benefiting both individual users and cultural institutions.
