ROLUL BIBLIOTECII ÎN PROMOVAREA CUNOAŞTERII PRIN PARADIGMA ACCESULUI DESCHIS

Abstract

              This paper is devoted to the international initiatives defining Open Access to the scientific information. The activity of the EIFL-OA Moldova Program is described here and promots the open access paradigm and the distribution of the local content by developing electronic archives. As an important point for innovation and academic communication, the libraries encourage the members of university and academic communities, the local administrations, the students and the public to participate actively in the International Open Access Week.
