BIBLIOTECA „TRANSILVANIA” – CENTRU AL INOVAŢIEI ŞI CREATIVITĂŢII ÎN SECTORUL CIOCANA AL CAPITALEI

Abstract

            The author refers to the importance of innovative spirit and creative approach in the librarians’ activity, highlighting that they are absolutely necessary conditions for an effective work of cultural institutions. The author briefly presented a number of projects, programs and events, latest organized by the Library "Transylvania". Some of these activities were held for the first time in the ML network and also in the Moldova library system. The majority of events are exciting and effective for the reason of the presence in them of innovative and creative elements designed and implemented by the team of Branch "Transylvania". In conclusion, the author makes some suggestions for maintaining a favorable climate in libraries, based on different innovative spirit and creative initiatives.
